The Process

We try to make the process as simple as possible.

After we have been contacted by you, we will arrange to meet up, usually at your house, this gives me a chance to see you in your enviroment and get to know your likes and dislikes.

At this meeting we will discuss any ideas you may have, and give you a few options that we think you may like, we will also discuss your budget, so that we can ensure that we work towards it.

At this point if you decide you like us and would like to go further we require a £50 deposit to secure your date.  If you are unsure and would like to keep your options open, we can wait for the deposit and do a simple quote which we hope will help you make up your mind.

We will then draw up a more complex quote, of the discussed arrangments.  If you are unsure we can give you a few options to choose from, that way you can choose which you prefer or what suits your budget.  This we will email or post to you.

You can then change your mind, if you want, we dont mind, its your day and it is important that you have exactly what you want.  If you do change your mind we will do another quote, until we get it right and you are happy.

Two weeks before your wedding, we will ask for half the full amount and any deposit for vases or pedestal stands you may be hiring on the day.

Your flowers will then be ordered (please note that if you cancel after this point, you will be charged, as I will be too!, please refer to terms and conditions).

On the day of your wedding, we will deliver and set up all of the flowers to the pre-arranged addresses and venues at the correct times.

Usually the Brides party is delivered first to wherever the bride is getting ready.  At this point, we request the remaining outstanding balance of your bill.

You then enjoy your day!

Finally a receipt is sent.
